Exactly as advertised but took a while to ship, if your a gamer in desperate need I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this seller but if your a hobbyist and don't care about speedy delivery, you should be just fine!

A regular purchase for me, for many years. Respectfully ~ Packaging could be better due to tea leaves having no cushion and arriving somewhat crumbled rather than whole ~ at the very least, a bubble envelope instead of one layer of material *might* help. Otherwise, the bottom of the bag is all a fine powder. Other sellers use bubble wrap in a box, to lessen the jarring effects of motion during shipping. Friendly regards!

It took them a full seven days to be bothered to ship the item! I contacted them and they did reply quickly both times (2/5 stars for that) but I asked intelligent questions such as the reason why they didn't even ship it. The response of "family business" provided no meaningful context; out of stock? Family died? What is the reason? They even waited a couple days AFTER I contacted them about the item to ship it! Nothing wrong with the listing or the shipping length itself.
