One of Disney's best, a pioneer of its age, using CGI and old fashioned animation, it improved on the Ballroom scene in Beauty & The Beast.
The story itself is also timeless, appealing to young and old alike, a tale of love, shame, deceit, revenge, retribution and growing up. I watched this when I was younger and enjoyed it just as much now that I'm "grown up".
A definate buy, its just a shame its going for so much now as Disney stopped production of the DVD in 2003. If you see any website selling it as "new" it's usually a cheap copy from malaysia, such as monsterdvds.co.uk.
Avoid these and buy the real deal, it has lots more extras, you won't regret spending the extra cash!

A refreshing new take on the 'Vampire' genre
A refreshing blend of a modern zombie flick, of which beats Romero's latest offering ("Diary of the Dead") and traditional Vampire elements, this leads to a satisfying movie.
There are ups and downs, especially the ending, which I won't spoil, but it does start to go the usual way of normal guy turns "badass", which is seen all too often in action flicks. But the very end shows the fragility that also comes with the power of being a nightwalker.
In summary, if your looking for a Blade style vampire flick, this isn't for you, but if you like tense, suspense filled horrors / zombie films with a bit of action, then this is for you.
