Seller sent me the wrong pen. I ordered an EF pen, they sent an F pen. No biggie, mistakes happen. I contacted the seller, I sent pictures showing very clearly the incorrect pen and instead of owning the mistake, they want to open an investigation. They then proceed to offer me a 20% discount to keep the pen if it still works. What? I replied and stated, without really needing to do so, that I buy EF pens specifically and would like the pen I ordered sent to me. I have not heard from them.

This is a beautiful traditional black pen that fits well in my large hand and provides a smooth writing experience. Shipping time was quick at under 2 weeks when It has taken much longer.
