The seller failed to realize the sweater vest had been shrunk to the point where it was felted meaning it would not stretch. So the measurements provided, though correct, didn't help much given that knit garments are naturally supposed to stretch and this one obviously didn't. It was a medium, but fit more like a XS - XXS. I have the same on in S and it's much bigger. Returning it would have been too much trouble for me and not worth it for a $30 item, so I accepted their partial refund.

Both full refund with return or 50% refund of the $25 that was paid for the item if you kept it were both offered to you. I'm sorry you were unhappy with these options. I do pride myself on making customers happy as is shown in my other feedback.
