very disappointed as so many good sellers on ebay, but unfortunately this seller let me down. l don't like giving negative reviews but unfortunately I have no choice as sell just would not respond to my massages. First time had to do this as normally sellers are happy to help if a problem. thanks to all you all you good sellers.

Sorry to say must be one of the worst sellers here on ebay with its attitude to its customers
Will not be using again or recommending them to anybody else very poor service

Wood chips never arrived, reached out to the seller multiple times but never received a response. A tracking number by UPS was provided after 4 days but for the next 5 days stayed as ‘shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet’ I kept asking the seller when it will be shipped but again no response. By far the worst experience ever, even when I purchase from China the sellers respond to your messages. Awful customer service and not worth the time or business.
