Poor communication and item wasn’t as described and was slightly damaged, asked for a refund and didn’t pay me the refund after they had received the item back.had to get eBay to sort it out .

Item was to arrive by 17 th June and its 19 th June today and no sign of it, I'm therefore very disappointed. I will move out of the hotel on 20th June and it will be a real shame if I dont get it by then.😕
