Pleasure to own
Should be somewhere between 4.5 and 5 stars really - it's not the best phono stage in the world, but at the price it gives a very good picture of what is contained in the vinyl grooves. Big wide soundstage, very detailed, low noise. Nicely made, unobtrusive. I'm using it with a 2M Blue (MM) - I haven't tried it with a MC as yet.

Great Sound
This has a well balanced tonal character, never harsh or over bright, and does deep bass too. Using it on an OL modded RB250.

Excellent budget cartridge
I have fitted this to my OL modified RB250 arm, replacing a fairly old but fully functioning Shure M75ED T2.
The differences are large, the AT95E giving a much less 'murky' view of the music. It has a pleasing overall balance, with good bass extension.
For the money it is superb. If you want an affordable 'starter' cartridge, I would certainly recommend this.
