my order was cancled and money refunded day after I bought it, reason was out of stock or damaged .a personal message explaining what happned would have been nice. I was so looking forward this box of three paperweight diamonds ,I have been looking for a long time ,for the one diamond that I was buying in a retail shop, that they decided not to sell it and just keep it them selves at the last second . Ordered Dec. 11 and it arrived Dec. 26. Had wanted it for a Christmas present so was disappointing. Seller did say they didn't see that it had sold until 8 days after I purchased and contacted them due to the fact they were sick. Unfortunately USPS is pretty slow around Christmas and it took 7 more days to arrive. There was a small chip that wasn't mentioned. Otherwise a nice holder.
