Communications were vague, and excessive shipping charges. He ships to the US for free but charges $75.00 to Canada. (Same continent!) He was evasive when I asked about the shipping delay. Japan was celebrating a 5-day holiday. He only informed me of that when I asked the 2nd time. He wouldn't give a good answer about why shipping was free to the US but not Canada. He blamed the shipping company. Did he think I'd believe DHL ships for free? EQ arrived in ok condition and is functional.

The language of the camera I received is in Chinese or Japanese and cannot be changed. I have researched this online and this camera does not have a Language option. This was not in the description. Oddly the plug is US. Other than that the seller was very good with communication about when it was shipped and should arrive and the item is in good condition. The language is a significant issue though. I might return it.

Everything perfect arrived on time from Japan to here in Australia and the camera works great and perfect condition defo recommend
