Parcel arrived 2/3 days late, with the wrong item. On the same day that I had initiated a 'not received' message to the seller, so I canx that and sent an email saying please send the correct item and I will return the wrong one. That's been ignored, sent 4.5 days ago. Have now initiated at return item and will never use again
