Listing stated "new with tags" however there were no tags on the item and there is some minor discoloration on the bottom inner lining. This suggests the bag may have been lightly used. That said, the bag is still very nice so I have decided not to return it. Overall, a marginally "positive" experience.

Item was packaged well and shipped fast. The sweater is beautiful, it does have a small factory flaw that was not mentioned but other than that wonderful.
