Wiener Werstätte jewels
I bought it because I admire Wiener Werstätte artists and love Vienna. They are a lot of books about Wiener Werkstätte but nothing just about Emilie Flöge was ever written before. This book shows many jewels and drawings by her and some more by many other Wiener Werstätte artits. The book also talks about her life and relationship with Gustav Klimt. There are also many photos of her wearing his dresses and her jewels. Many jewels shown are displayed here for the first time. I have been many many times in Wien and visited the MAK museum in Wien several times but had never seen many of these jewels before. The book is thick and heavy and maybe I expected even more jewels or photos shown in it ! The price is a little expensive (but art books always are).

Marilyn Monroe memorabilia
Very easy to read, breath taking memories about the cinema golden age, Marilyn Monroe, Sir Laurence Olivier and Vivien Leigh. You feel like on being on the film set as it's a diary written at the time the film wa made. Some memories are fun, some very moving. Very pleasant to read.

Great book !
Great book : lots of photos of people, houses and streets, plantations, dresses and uniforms, old flyers and tickets, menus, chinaware and houses interiors, portraits, paintings, etc... Very interesting about the old south. Very nostalgic also !
