Tubes Arrived Quickly With Excellent Communication. They consisted of one pair of JJ's and one pair of Groove Tubes, not 2 pairs of JJ's. I guess I should have requested pictures of the actual tubes. ;) Thanks.

Vintage Sound
1 personnes sur 1 ont trouvé cet avis utile I was hesitant to buy this amp not knowing that much about it. After some research, I decided to take a chance. After switching out the tubes to NOS USA tubes and JJ tubes along with a speaker upgrade and a vintage NOS Accutronics reverb tank, it sounds great. By itself, it had a poor quality sound around a 6 on a scale of 1-10. I have been around tubes and amps for 50 years. So you young players have no idea what a quality tube amp should sound like. After a few simple upgrades and an investment of around $250.00 you have an amp with a 9 out of 10 rating. It sure beats spending $3,000.00 for a hand made amp. Think it over before you but, but know that you have the option to upgrade for a quality sound if you want.

Too Small

You have to almost force the pistol into the item in order to fold the flap over and close it. There is not even an 1/8 of an inch play on either side. Be sure you want this type of holster before you order it..... 3 stars because it is too tight of a fit.....

Best Tuner in 50 years!
I have been using various types of tuners over the past 50 years. The Snark is by far the best and easiest to use...highly recommended.
