I am very proud of my feedback score, please feel free to order from me knowing I am honest and fair and will go the extra mile for my customers if it will help. I always check my stock before I send it out and never knowingly send anything out that is not up to my standards. That being said if you do experience a problem with your item, please feel free to contact me and we will see if we can resolve the problem. Please be aware that I make great use of the post office who I think offer a great service, however they can get very busy at Christmas time and this can cause delays so, please order in plenty of time, anything ordered after Saturday 16th Dec is not guaranteed of delivery in time for Christmas, please be aware of this before placing your order as I will not accept returns due to late ordering. fell apart
Was more than happy with the service however the product was of very poor quality, it fell apart during its second usage and I still havent found half the parts I only hope the missing pieces are not entangles with the childrens hats and gloves that I was trying to tag at the time. It is unfortunate that I now need to go to the expense of purchasing another better quality gun, wish I had done this in the first place.
