The band end link had an issue that I got fixed. The watch was running fast, had to get it serviced. But overall, good experience, happy with my watch. If your thinking about buying a watch from them, you should add servicing to your budget, because you will more than likely have to send it away to get it serviced.

The seller was phenomenal. Prior to shipping the Seller noticed a problem with the item that had not been revealed in the picture. He brought it to my attention and offered to make an extraordinarily fair adjustment. I received the item and was pleased.

As described, I do wish the watch came with the additional wrist band links. It’s too small to fit me.
