Not fit for purpose, no CE approval. Not suitable for workshop use.
This item is not of the required standard for its purpose, the grinding wheels do not run true which can be very dangerous, The grinding wheels are very cheap ones and could easily shatter or break up leading to lose of sight or blood poisoning. The boss that holds the grinding wheels secure is packed out with paper discs. The eye guards are not sufficient and there is no CE approval on this item, it is a very cheaply made import from China. You are not paying a lot of money here but the reason for that is the poor quality not because it's a bargain. To fit the wire wheel you need to completely remove the guard which is held on with a few small nuts and bolts. . If you value your eyesight I would pay a bit more and buy a branded item with CE approval.
