English US Black Keyboard Stickers with White Letters for Laptop Computer PC
09 juil. 2019
Worth the money but don't expect them to last very long.
These look quite good and the letters are a reasonable match for my Lenovo laptop. I cleaned the keys with lighter fuel before application and they seem to be firmly stuck. However, one has shrunk a bit, creating a little horizontal ridge. The black surface also wears quite rapidly (from the l/h edge in my case), already noticeable in about three weeks, although I do use the machine a lot. I'd say, worth the money but don't expect them to last very long.

A beautiful, evocative title. Looking at these pages, I can almost smell the smoky GWR upholstery. Smashing!
Solas : Shamrock City - American Irish Folk CD (2020)
09 mars 2021
Probably don't bother
This is, of course, about the content, not the disc. None of the numbers much appeal. Too much about the suffering of the working man of, what, two centuries ago? This left-wing stuff is, of course, a recurring theme with Solas, which is fair enough if that's their bag, but I just want to listen to good music, which they marvellously play. I can just about tolerate Euan Mccoll or someone, in moderation, but don't want my nose rubbed in ancient injustice for a whole CD. Also I'm not sure I care for the new female singer. What happened to the last one? And PLEASE not flippin misery-guts Gaughan! Sorry guys.
