The bracelet presents discolorations in the clip area, which was not specified in the product description. I reached out to the seller, and there was nothing to be done other than we didn't see anything. We humans missed that but also received the implications from the seller about my changing the bracelet, which was a disrespectful comment. I would never recommend or buy anything from them.

You are totally misrepresenting what we said. We said very few words. There are several pictures of the bracelets from every angle possible. If we missed something then that means we are not perfect and we are humans! Having said this for a $9.99 total you want to start this whole big thing. I TOLD YOU TO RETURN THE ITEMS AND WE WOULD HAPPILY GIVE YOU BACK YOUR MONEY. I don't know why you feel it necessary to bash us but ok if it makes you feel better then go ahead. This world has become crazy!
