I ordered from this seller 17th April they were delivered 2nd May they phoned said they couldn't send fish I ordered but could send replacements when they arrived one was dead already and the rest were dead by the next morning. I have never left negative feedback before and don't like doing so I have a100% customer rating but they said nothing can be done must think I'm a liar because didn't have photos

I'm sorry to have to do this I've never left negative feedback before and I have a 100% rating but I ordered from this seller on the 17th of April the fish were delivered on 2nd of May. I had received a phone call from them 31st of April saying they had a problem with the fish I had ordered, and could send alternative ones.when they arrived one was dead already and the rest were dead by the next morning. I didn't take photos so they say there's nothing I can do.
