Seem happy to communicate to any questions I had in the 28 day money back guarantee peroid (responded within an hour). Now out of the 28 day money back guarantee, the product is faulty with the handset screen not working properly. Messaged a few times asking for help or support and not heard a thing for over 48 hours. Very disappointing given the cost of the product and I've only used it twice.
