The sharpener I bought arrived completely not functional, the seller said it had worked fine before and must have broke in transit. I tried everything this seller recommended for me to do. No luck! They were quick to communicate and seemed genuinely concerned for the situation. They refunded me for the item. I highly recommend this seller, even if this item doesn’t work I would definitely buy from again. Item arrived broke or no this seller’s ability to make it right is commendable.
