We are The British Logwood Company.We have a natural falling tree selection that we saw and kiln dry then provide to a multitude of customers including residential & commercial. We keep seeng a rise in eco firelighters made naturally from wood shavings with wax with no additional additives. We thrive on repeat business & are always on the phone if we need to resolve issues. None so far to be fair. We look after our customers as a truly British company & offer extra products to help our customers. Quality assured & professional delivery for logs if you need them stored in log sheds. We use our own drivers to ensure perfect delivery & handling & can stack for you. If you just need firelighters then we can post them to you & we are sure you will be happy with the product. We are attentive to calls & even moreso great feedback. We have been growing slowly & that is the way we like it. We now have over 4500 customers that use us regularly so a shop is needed &eBay gave us a solution.

Thank you for your feedback although there was an issue with postage as the wrong postage was placed by one of our new staff and failed to check the weight. We were keen to either offer a full refund or another shipment in place of the order and the customer chose the refund.We then executed the refund the same day as requested and can only apologise on behalf of the company.
