Setting up this excellent HP printer last week and found it would not connect to our computer. Win 11 is not compatible. This printer is Win 7 and can go to Win 10. We can send images, printer is a few days of of the plastic, unused. We have now remodeled our company shipping room and wanted this computer because this HP is a reliable workhorse. Please accept return? We have photos.

A small piece from the back cover was broken. I do not think it will impact the use of the printer. This was from shipping damage.
