This is one of those sellers who wraps plastic around an old used disc and calls it new. Won't shop here again. Buyer beware!

It would have been nice if you sent me a message regarding this issue. I would have been happy to discuss it and work to correct the problem. I have sold over 10,000 DVDs and have never re-wrapped a disc. I DO NOT have a shrinkwrap machine. I purchase these discs from clearance wholesellers. I guarantee every item I sell and will make good on any purchase that someone is not happy with. Moral of the story, reach out to the seller and we will most likely take care of the issue.
