Thankfully, the shoes fitted, but I would think twice about buying again, as most people purchasing these shoes need them for health reasons, such as my husband, and to not be able to return them due to being the wrong size seems to be unfair, as people with mobility issues do not know if they will fit when they order them. If they went into a shop they would be allowed to try them on first, so the same reasoning applies to the supplier I would have thought.

I don't know why you have said you can not return the item, as this is untrue. Shoes can be returned if they are simply tried on and not worn and in all their original packaging. My returns policy states: Trying On-To avoid scratching the soles of footwear when trying on, please stand on carpet when trying for size. Please keep linings clean by wearing socks/hosiery when trying for size. Its only socks, hosiery and foot comfort items that can not be returned once opened.
