Not impressed. Was given a tracking no, but they only sent it after a week and after I complained. It was an add on for a birthday present and didn't arrive in time. Disappointing

The estimate delivery dates: 2nd May - 7th May, sadly the item was delivered on the 8th May, so we apologize for any delayed caused with the dispatch. According to our records the item was collected by Royal Mail on the 1st May but for some reason delivered on the 8th. As a goodwill gesture we have refunded you in full for any inconvenience caused.
