Slight mishap as wrong laptop initially delivered BUT the customer service and speed in getting the original returned and replacement sent out were second to none! Initial laptop delivered and mistake found Wednesday morning, sent back and replacement arrived Friday morning.. cannot fault that customer service and you know is good seller when issues sorted out that quickly and efficiently. Replacement laptop is exactly as requested if not better. Thanks and would use this seller again!
