Expected delivery of your items
If you pay via PAYPAL, Postal Order, Other Credit Cards or Cash your parcel will be posted the same/next working day. If you pay via cheque or Paypal’s e-Cheque service, your parcel will be posted upon clearance this takes approx 5-10 working days. If you have not received your parcel within 15 days of the despatch notification e-mail (everything is sent as detailed on the item description) please e-mail us and we will do a track and trace on the parcel. We will then let you know by return e-mail of Royal Mail's/couriers latest information on the parcel (Royal Mail's policy is that after 15 days the package is classed as lost).
UK mainland:
Items weighing under 2kg are normally despatched by Royal Mail. Items weighing over 2kg are normally despatched by either Royal Mail or by the best priced other courier Parcelforce, UK Mail, DHL etc… Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands will be quoted seperatley
Europe & Worldwide:
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the size of the goods. We post out to EU and other countries on the following basis for small packets (upto2kg) by Royal Mail Air Mail small packets service, we can either send them out with no signature, if we use this service we can provide you with proof of postage but we will not accept any claim for non delivery as you are assuming the risk. Or if you want it signed for that is an extra charge, UK sterling charged by Royal Mail. For parcels to big for Royail Mail Small Packets Service we will advise on the best priced courier service.
Returned parcels
If The Post Office/Courier make an attempted delivery and you do not pick-up your parcel from your sorting office or arrange another delivery with them, the package will be returned to us after 10 approximately days. Once returned to us, we will notify you via email. If you want the parcel re-sent you will have to pay the full postage again, otherwise you will be refunded for the item minus postage and eBay listing/final fee's....
