We will notify you of the expected date and method for your delivery.
Import duty :For delivery outside UK you will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Warranty & Returns
We warrant to you that Goods purchased from us through our site will, on delivery, conform with their description as listed on eBay, be of satisfactory quality, and be fit for all the purposes for which Goods of that kind are commonly supplied.
Providing they have been operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, faulty goods returned during the warranty period detailed in the listing will be replaced, repaired or receive a full refund. We will meet the return postage costs in full after we have received, and had a chance to examine the faulty item to confirm the presence of an inherent defect
Warranty periods = A 12 Months period from date of delivery for goods listed as New, New Other or Manufacturer Refurbished and 6 months for all other items except items offered as not working for spares and repairs only.
Returns – We operate a no quibble 30 day Return Policy and for your peace of mind we prefer that returns are effected through eBay’s returns service
You may cancel the Contract for any reason and at any time within 14 days, beginning on the day after you receive the Goods and providing the procedure outlined below is followed you will receive a full refund of the price paid including original post and packaging costs

Our Liability

A waiver by us of any default will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. No waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions will be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.
Severability
If any of these terms and Conditions or any provisions of a Contract are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between us and supersede all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, arrangement, understanding or agreement between us relating to the subject matter of any

Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any liability for fraud.
