Keller gives a good foundation of information about basic ingredients, the physiology of the skin and hair and about the best cosmetic essential oils. Many formulas are given including an entire chapter on natural perfumes. This book is a must for anyone who is professionally using essential oils for skin care., A well-written book that provides good background information and evidence on why we should revert to making our own skin care products.
