It was NOT disclosed that the item was being shipped from one warehouse to another. Description said book would be shipped within 5 business days and took 10 days. I contacted them and they respond kindly and honestly which I appreciated. The tracking number and following my order once shipped was awful. Lack of updates meant it just showed up randomly today. Although, it was packaged well and book was in great condition.
