I ordered a 2-disk set for region-2 . The 1st disk played ok, the 2nd did not , both tried on a region free blueray player. After contacting the seller they immediately offered a refund/return. While I was contemplating what to do with the item and trying it out on different players, to my surprise the seller sent a replacement disk set without me asking for it.
Last but not least, disk set was delivered as advertised: brand new in plastic wrap. No surprises.
