If in the unfortunate event an item is lost in the post you must wait at least 14 working days before submitting a claim to me, as I cannot do anything until after then.
Anything damaged in the post I cannot be held responsible for but I will do my best to rectify any problems you may have.
Any item not as described please let me know & send the item back to the return address with a tracked service.
A full refund will only be given upon either receiving the item back in the condition it was sent in or has been verified as lost in the post.
Return postage is paid for by me if the item is damaged or not as described but for unwanted or change of mind on purchases, the postage is paid for by the buyer.
 
Collection in person is usually only offered on Bigger items,
but if you would prefer to collect the item rather than it being posted then it can be arranged, so please let me know before making a purchase.
Please note I do not accept cash on collection for anything,
all items must be paid for prior to collecting the item.
 
I do post world wide but I do not accept returns internationally. If you try to buy an item from an excluded location I will cancel the sale (please check individual listings for details on any excluded zones).
 
If you purchase multiple items I will try to combine postage & packaging where I can to save you on any extra postage costs,
but please be aware this will not always be possible.
 
Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase/auction end
or you will be reported to eBay for non-payment & the item(s) will be re-listed.
If you cannot pay within this time frame please let me know or I cannot do anything to help you.
 
I will post all items within 1-2 working days once payment has been confirmed unless otherwise stated.
Any item brought on Friday may or may not be posted till the following Monday so please be aware of this.
I am unable to post items on weekends so they will be posted on the following Monday (excluding bank holiday s) instead.
