If you buy this item, you accept all our terms and conditions. Please check part number and photos and match with yours before you buy the item. Most electrical parts require reprogramming / recoding to your car and you have to use car repair service or electrician to do this. If you are not sure if item fits for you, please contact us before buying. Please check item photos to see surface damages (scratches, cracks, breakages, etc) before buying the item. If you bought the item, you agree and pledge to make payment for it within 72 hours. If you are unhappy about the purchase, we are unhappy either. If you have any kind of problems, please do not leave negative feedback or open case, as we ask you to contact us firstly! Our company assures that we will find the best solution for you, as we try to offer best service possible for every customer.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched same day if payment is made until 12PM (UTC +0 GMT) Tracking number always will be given unless item value is less than 10GBP.
We offer Standart and Express shipping options, some of our items already have free express shipping to EU countries included.
Standart Shipping time in Europe and UK is approximately 3-5 working days.
Standard delivery time OUTSIDE EU countries is 3-20 business days using standart or economy shipping option, depending on location.
Express shipping option in Europe and UK is 1-2 working days, depends on when the payment is made and parcel is dispatched.
Express shipping OUTSIDE EU countries is 1-3 working days, depends on when the payment is made and parcel is dispatched.
Usually shipping takes this time, but sometimes package can be delayed by some reasons - national holidays, customs, post office faults and ect, also if you are living in a very distant location.
Express delivery can also be arranged for- all buyers worldwide upon individual agreement, please do not hesitate to ask if you need one. For BUYERS OUTSIDE THE EU - please consider that Customs Import Fees can be charged by your country depending on item bought and its value. Please contact your customs office for more information.

RETURNS POLICY
All parts can be returned for 30 days after the purchase. Buyers will be responsible for returning the parts that did not fit as the part was not matched correctly or they have changed their minds. In those cases only the price of the item will be refunded, excluding 15% restocking fee or our shipping costs, that will be deducted from the final price that item was bought for. All our items are security marked and sealed to avoid scams and theft. We test our items before removal, but if your item has defects, just notify us about any issues and we will contact you as soon as possible, wit best possible solution. Please always check our pictures carefully as it is best method to check part that you are considering to buy - this way any unnecessary returns will be avoided.
