Payment for orders placed on this website are accepted via eBay.

All items are dispatched containing a Packing Slip/Tax Invoice (GST receipt in Australian Dollars).

Freight Timeframe: Generally domestic orders are delivered within 5 business days, international is up to 14.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs have been incorporated into item prices. Please note our point of sale is our warehouse in Clontarf Qld Australia. Shipping and freight costs exclude insurance.

Warranty

Warranty Coverage: We guarantee that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 2 years from the date of your purchase

Warranty Claims Process:

Notification: If you believe your product has a defect, please contact us via your sales record on eBay.

Inspection: If necessary, we may request you to return the defective product for inspection to determine the nature and cause of the defect. The cost to return the product may be at your expense.

Warranty Exclusions: This warranty does not cover defects or damage arising from misuse, modification, neglect, normal wear and tear, or force majeure events beyond our control or failure to adhere to general maintenance as specified within the product manual.

This warranty does not apply to consumables such as batteries, ink, filters and globes.

Remedies: If a defect covered by this warranty is properly notified to us within the warranty period, and is determined to be covered, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective product.

Any defective parts/products replaced by us under this warranty will be deemed to be the property of MEFE.

Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and excludes consequential or incidental damages to the extent permitted by law.

Consumer Rights: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted and we will fulfil our obligations under Australian Consumer Law. You may return most new, unopened items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. To lodge a return please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. You will be responsible for returning the items including any and all shipping and packaging costs.

Product Warranty Issue: If you believe there is a problem with the product under warranty, please return as per our returns policy above. Damage and loss in transit is not covered under Warrantee

Change of Mind: You may return most new, unopened items as per returns policy for a credit. We will charge a restocking fee of 20% when the return is due to change of mind or buyer error.

ALL returns Please Note: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns on used items unless they have been thoroughly cleaned and sanitised. For the health and safety of our staff unclean items cannot be accepted into our warehouse. This includes items returned for servicing and repairs.
