ORDER CUT OFF TIMES:
Orders received and paid for in full by 12.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding UK Public Holidays, are usually dispatched the same day (subject to force majeure), orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
 
Product Dimensions / Weights etc
Please be advised that due to the nature of the products we sell all weights, measurements, dimensions (mops, polishing wheels, polishing compound bars, pads etc) and images shown are a guide and may vary. Polishing bars can vary between 90 and 105gms. This is because many products are individually hand made and are not machine mass produced. Please make contact through eBay Messaging for any assistance or to discuss this if required, before making a purchase.
 
Order Problems - any problems on receiving your order (eg missing parts, wrong item etc) must be reported in writing within 30 Days from the date of order delivery.
 
Returns
All returns must be returned complete and unused, so that it can be resold to another buyer. The Return must be packed and returned in the same packaging as it was received. If not returned in this way, then we have the right to refuse a refund or may only issue a partial refund.
 
Warranties
1. Silverline / GMC / Toolstream Products.
The Buyer needs to register the machine / accessories with the manufacturer (Toolstream) within 30 Days of receipt for a 3 year warranty.
If not registered within 30 Days, then a 30 Day Only Warranty is offered.
2. Machines From Other Manufacturers.
eg Clarke, Hilka, Toolzone, Sealey, Draper etc have a Manufacturer Warranty. Warranty Claims within 30 Days from the date of purchase will be dealt with by us. After 30 Days from the date of purchase the buyer will need to contact the manufacturer direct for any warranty claims. We will supply the necessary contact details.
 
The Buyer is responsible for returning the faulty item to us (within 30 days of purchase) for inspection, prior to a replacement being sent out or for refund. We reserve the right at our discretion to issue a refund instead of issuing a replacement depending on our own suppliers terms and conditions and stock availability.
 
** Delivery - UK Clients
Orders are sent to the buyer’s address which is registered with Ebay. In accordance with Ebay seller / buyer protection we unfortunately will not ship to any other requested address.
 
* Small Items – Are posted with Royal Mail. Please bear in mind that any delay or problem will be ENTIRELY down to Royal Mail as we always post within 24 hrs during week days.
 
Lost Post - In the unlikely event of orders going missing in the post please note that we will refund for the order purchase and will not send out a replacement. The buyer will need to officially report the item as not being received through Ebay.
 
** Delivery – Europe and Rest Of World
Orders are sent to buyers using Ebay's Global Shipping Programme. Postage / Shipping rates and delivery times are set by Ebay and not by the Seller. Please contact Ebay in your country for further details. International Buyers are responsible for their own import duties and taxes into their own country.
