Payment and Refund Policy
Midland Flags accepts payment online through the WorldPay and Sagepay gateways, and accepts all major Credit and Debit cards. Midland Flags does not capture any payment details, WorldPay and Sagepay handle the taking of payment details on their own websites, for more information visit www.worldpay.com and www.sagepay.com. Midland Flags uses a Captured Delay system when taking payment, this means that your order will be checked against stock levels to ensure that it can be supplied before you are charged. In the rare event that an order can not be met due to item/s being out of stock, you will be contacted by Midland Flags. Midland Flags can provide a refund for items that are unused, unopened and still in the original packaging. You must notify Midland Flags within 24 hours of receiving an order to be eligible for a refund, delivery is non refundable and Midland Flags must receive the returned products before a refund can be given as the returned stock must be checked. Midland Flags have the right to refuse to accept returns and/or supply a refund in all cases. By placing an order with Midland Flags, you are agreeing to these terms.
