Buyer beware…. This camera did NOT work, even after plugging in directly to the Router to pair!!!

Buyer states they plugged into a router and does not use the provided CAT 5E to AC power adapter that is required to power on the unit. Buyer doesn’t attempt to contact me once and leaves this feedback. I messaged the buyer multiple times offering a FULL REFUND and explanation on how to use the device correctly. No response. After contacting eBay customer support (worthless agents who hardly speak English) they too were helpless and refused to remove the feedback. Time to move to AMAZON!!!
