Orders

Orders accepted by Reflex shall be subject to our full standard conditions of sale, a copy of which is available on request. All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our Order acceptance policy. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any customer.

Return of Goods

Non Delivery and Damaged Goods

If goods have not been received within 14 days of invoice we must be advised immediately. Shortage or damage must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery. Resellers must inspect all goods at the time of receipt as our Carriers will only accept claims for damage if the delivery sheet is marked "GOODS DAMAGED". Minor blemishes to paint whilst in transit will not be accepted as reason for rejection of product.
