Deliveries & Returns Policy
Most important........Please note.
If you have purchased something from us online, you must be there to accept delivery, confirm receipt and check for any loss or damage. All products leave us in perfect condition. If items are damaged in transit, do not accept them. They will be returned to our warehouse and replacement will be sent. If you do sign for goods without checking then we have to assume you are accepting them.
Returns
If an item that has been advertised and ordered as advertised and is returned in correct order and good condition, a credit note will be issued in lieu of a refund
Geotextiles
Ecogrid Ltd reserves the right to send square meterage amounts where necessary unless specifically requested otherwise by our client. I.E.
2 x 100 m could be sent 1.5 x 40m, 3 x 34m etc.
Delivery costs and conditions
Shipping prices are for mainland UK only. We can often dispatch several items for the same, or a discounted, shipping charge. By default our products are dispatched on a 3 to 5 working day delivery, but 1 to 2 working days delivery option is available.
Orders placed before 12.30pm Monday – Friday will be despatched same day.
Orders placed after 12.30pm Monday – Friday will be despatched the following working day.
International, timed and Saturday deliveries are available upon request. These do incur additional charges so please contact us if you require any of these options.
If you would prefer to collect your items our warehouse is open from 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday and until 3pm on Friday. Our address is:

Deliveries for Scotland's Highlands and Islands, Northern Island and Rep of Ireland may cost more than the amount shown. Some larger items sent using couriers will sometimes incur additional delivery costs. We will call within 24hrs of order being placed to discuss these options and additional charges.

What happens if I am not in to receive the order?
If the driver does not find you in to receive the goods, they will attempt to redeliver your order. Normally three attempts will be made and the will leave a message advising a telephone number. Please ring this number to arrange a new delivery date.
If they are unable to contact you at all, the entire delivery will be returned to our warehouse. In this case you will need to contact us to arrange the delivery and a further delivery cost will be incurred.
What happens if I want to cancel an order?

In order to be able to offer you a next day delivery service, in most cases your order will already have been sent to the warehouse. This means that unfortunately it is not possible to cancel your order.
If you wish to cancel your order in some cases there will be a restocking charge (usually 15-25%) as items are ordered in to our warehouse / custom built especially for you.
Goods returns
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any product purchased from Ecogrid, you may return it for a refund or exchange. Simply contact our Customer Services Team on 0151 639 0880 within 30 days of purchase and they will send you a returns form. Once the completed form is returned to us and the collection authorised, a returns number will be issued and the items processed.
Products need to be in their original and unspoilt condition, together with original packaging materials, the invoice and packing list. Please do not use brown tape to reseal any packages or write on the outside of the box. Failure to follow these guidelines may invalidate your return claim.
IMPORTANT: Items that are made-to-order cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.
Please note that this returns policy is only applicable to purchases made from Ecogrid Ltd and online at www.ecogrid.co.uk For indirect purchased items, please contact the supplier where they were bought.
Payment options
All Pricing is quoted in £Sterling and include VAT at the current rate.
We accept:
· All major credit and debit cards
· Cheques (will need to clear before we despatch goods to you)
· BACS
For commercial customers we accept payment on Account once your account has been approved.
There is no option of paying for ordered goods in instalments or by cash on delivery.

Terms & Conditions of Sale
1. Application
These Terms govern the sale by Ecogrid to you of Products for which you place an order that is accepted by Ecogrid. No other terms and conditions shall apply. Your acceptance of the Products shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of these Terms.
2. Orders
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by Ecogrid. Ecogrid reserves the right to revise prices, limit quantities, correct errors in its catalogue and refuse orders at its discretion including, without limitation, orders from distributors, dealers and warehouse stores. Except as may otherwise be permitted by applicable law, you may not cancel an order which Omicron has accepted without the agreement in writing of Ecogrid, which requirement may be waived by Ecogrid from time to time in its sole discretion.
3. Delivery
We can often dispatch several items for the same, or a discounted, shipping charge. By default our products are dispatched on a 3 to 5 working days delivery, but we also give the option of a 1 to 2 working days delivery. If you place your order before 12:30pm Monday to Friday we will dispatch your order the same day. Any orders after this cut-off point will be dispatched the following day (again, Monday to Friday).
The shipping prices listed are for mainland UK only. We can also offer international shipping, and AM or Saturday deliveries. These do incur charges so please contact us if you require any of these options.

4. Payment
Unless you are an Ecogrid Credit Account Holder, you must pay for the Products at the time you place your order. Ecogrid reserves the right, by giving you notice at the time you place your order, to increase the price of the Products to reflect any increase in the cost to Ecogrid which is due to any factor beyond its control.
5. Warranty
Subject to the limitations on its liability set out in these Terms, Ecogrid warrants that the Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated. Ecogrid shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal working conditions or misuse. If you notify Ecogrid of a valid claim for a breach of this warranty within the warranty period, Ecogrid will replace or repair the Product or refund the price of the Product, at Ecogrid discretion, but Ecogrid shall have no other liability to you.
6. Liability
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Ecogrid liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or any other liability to the extent that the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law. Without prejudice to the previous sentence, Ecogrid shall not be liable for any loss of income or profits or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by the negligence of Ecogrid, its breach or non-performance or any of its obligations under these Terms or otherwise. These Terms set out the full extent of Ecogrid obligations and liabilities in respect of the sale of the Products. In particular there are no conditions, warranties or other terms, expressed or implied, as to satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or of any other kind whatsoever, that are binding on Ecogrid except as specifically stated in these Terms. Any condition, warranty or other term concerning the sale of the Products, which might otherwise be implied into or incorporated within these Terms, whether by statute, common law or otherwise, is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you are a consumer the exclusion of terms implied by law will not apply to you.
7. Data Protection
The personal information you provide to Ecogrid consists of your name, your postal and e-mail addresses, other contact details as well as order, delivery and billing information; it will be maintained as part of our customer records for the purposes of credit checking, direct marketing, orders delivery and product purchase history. You may also receive news and marketing offers from other Ecogrid companies and Ecogrid business partner vendors. This information will be stored, namely, on our centralised database in the United Kingdom. Staples may also need to make your records available to our professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, regulatory authorities or other governmental administrations. You can contact Ecogrid in writing at any time to see the information held about you and to ask us to make any necessary changes to remove or correct it - in which cases an official fee will be payable - or to object against any further use of your personal data by Ecogrid for direct marketing purposes. Further information as to the right to protect your personal data is available from the Data Protection Registry in the United Kingdom. By entering into any agreement with Ecogrid or providing Ecogrid with personal data, you consent to the processing and transfer of such data in the manner and for the purposes described here above. 8. General
Ecogrid shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage which you might suffer arising from Ecogrid delay in fulfilling or failure to fulfil any of its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by any circumstance beyond Ecogrid reasonable control. If due to such circumstances or events Ecogrid has insufficient stocks to meet all its orders, Ecogrid may apportion available stocks between its customers at its sole discretion. These Terms and any terms appearing on any order form to which these Terms apply constitute the entire agreement between you and Omicron relating to the Products. The failure of Ecogrid or you to enforce any of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that term and shall in no way affect the right later to enforce the term. The invalidity or unenforceability of any clause of these Terms shall not adversely affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. No amendment, variation or addition to these Terms shall be binding unless agreed to in writing by an authorised representative of Ecogrid. Ecogrid may transfer any contract with you concluded on these Terms or any of its rights or obligations under any such contract. These Terms will be construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be settled by the English courts.
9. Defined Terms
" Ecogrid " means Ecogrid Limited, whose head office is at Unit 17 Price Street Business Centre, Birkenhead, Wirral, CH41 4JQ. "Terms" means these terms and conditions of sale. "Products" means any products listed in this catalogue for which you place an order which is accepted by Omicron. "You" means you, the customer.
