Payment by Paypal is preferred for posted items, cash on collection for pick up items.
Non UK Buyers payment by Paypal only.
UK buyers may send postal orders or cheques. Please contact us before sending payment to obtain payment address & payee name. Please allow up to 9 working days for cheques to clear, we will not send any item until the cheque has cleared. Please also allow upto 9 days for a Paypal echeque to clear,

We sell both new & used items, Please read the listing fully and ensure you ask all questions before placing a bid and or purchasing.
The eBay account holder is responsible for all bids & purchases placed using their account.
Please either make contact or complete checkout details within three days.
Unfortunately, we sometimes make mistakes! If by mistake there is an error in the listing description, price or P&P we will not be liable to supply that item to you provided that we notify you before we dispatch the item to you. If we have listed an out of stock item we will not be liable to supply that item to you provided that we notify you. Your payment will be returned in full.

Post and Packing:
All bidders agree to post and packing charges as listed. We aim to keep postage & packing fair, but please remember that postage & packing charges include: Royal Mail (or other carrier) postal charge, packaging materials, labour charge etc. All items will be shipped well packed & secure. We obtain proof of purchase on all shipments and use registered/ tracked services for most items.
We can sometimes combine postage for multiple purchases (calculated by volumetric weight), please contact us before payment & we may be able to send a revised invoice.
Please note that orders to: Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight and other remote areas not serviced by our standard couriers, may be subject to a surcharge please contact us for a quote before purchase, we reserve the right to cancel any order if the buyer is unable to pay such a surcharge.
International Buyers: Please contact us for a postal quote. We can not ship orders over 2kg to International destinations.
 
How will my order be sent?
Most items are sent using reputable couriers and Royal Mail, we may also deliver the goods to you ourselves (standard courier fee applies).
A signature will be required for higher value items, so please ensure that someone will be available to sign for your parcel.
If no-one is available to sign, the courier will usually attempt to re-deliver, and then will leave a card telling you how to arrange redelivery or pick up from their local office.The courier will also leave a card with information about redelivery, and you can usually pick up from your nearest Post Office/Courier Depot or reschedule. Be warned, however, you must do this within one week, otherwise the parcel is returned to us.
 
Special Terms and Conditions for Pushchairs, Prams, Strollers, Buggies, Carseats, bicycles and other similar items:
While we aim to describe our items accurately & provide plenty of detailed photos, we prefer potential buyers to inspect in person. The majority of our pushchairs are used (i.e. used to transport children!) but cleaned & serviced before selling. Please expect normal "wear & tear" (eg to tyre tread etc) Any significant damage, repairs, holes, tears, marks etc we will mention in the listing but please do not expect us to mention every tiny mark, scratch, scuff etc.
Due to repeated requests we are now able to offer a courier service to Mainland UK addresses.
 
Our Courier Service Terms & Conditions (for pushchairs etc):
General: Pushchairs etc will be shrink wrapped, bubble wrapped & packed into a cardboard box or heavy duty paper for delivery service, pushchair may be part disassembled (ie. quick release wheels, handlebar removed)
 
Safety First: We prefer buyers to collect, so that we can provide a full demonstration & allow the buyer to inspect carefully. If the item is sent to the buyer by courier it is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the pushchair/stroller on receipt for any damage caused during transportation, read any instruction manual (if provided), assemble correctly (if required) and or familiarise themselves with the pushchair/stroller before using to transport a child. We at nine.star will accept no liability for death or injury caused by incorrect use or assembly.
 
Delivery area: Courier rates are for Mainland UK only, large/heavy items such as pushchairs, Carrycots, Car seats will be subject to a surcharge if sent to: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Islands. We reserve the right to cancel any purchase if we are unable to ship to buyers location for any reason or if buyer is unwilling to pay the surcharge.
 
Courier dispatch times: In most cases we should be able to dispatch one working day after receipt of payment, but please allow upto 3 days as we may need to find packaging boxes etc
