Buying & Returns Policy - PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING
 
By purchasing & paying for your item, you are agreeing to these terms & conditons of the sale which has been laid out clearly. You are also agreeing to my pricing, chosen postage rates and delivery time.
 
Returns accepted within 7 days of purchase. If items are returned for an invalid reason such as not your preference/ does not fit/ not your colour/ etc. you would be required to pay for the postage to send it back. Please contact me before opening a case as this is easily sorted.
 
Everything will be sent via Tracked &/Or Signed For to ensure you have the most smooth & quick service provided. This also mean damages will be covered by Royal Mail as I inspect all items before sending them.
 
Please track your items with the tracking number provided. If you have not received your item, do check with your local post office as many a time they forget to leave you a note to do so. Otherwise, please contact me before opening a case as I can resolve this for you asap.
 
Want to receive this item differently? please let me know and we can work out a postage solution that suits you BEFORE you pay for the item.
 
Nearly all of my items are second-hand. This means they have been used before. Their condition will be described to the best of our ability (you will find in the description we describe very nitty gritty small details). Please understand this before bidding. This is why you are able to buy such highly priced items and lower than high street prices.
 
Sizes: As mentioned, items are second-hand so they may not match the size stated on their labels (if any). So please follow the measurements or the size that I recommend the item to suit. If you need further measurements, drop me a message before bidding.
 
We are really friendly & love fashion, so if you have any inquiries at all, please communicate with us. This may be a start of a lovely friendship.
 
Postage fees: My postage fees matches Royal Mail but it also includes expensive yet sturdy mailing bags. I absorb some of the costs of these mailing bags and includes only a minority of the costs in my postage & packaging fees. I do not profit from the postage & packaging but please bear in mind that the fees includes both. We ensure you will appreciate the strength of our mailing bags that are strong enough to be posted in despite any environment.
 
Postage time: This is something I especially want buyers to agree with before purchasing. Over this Summer, I will post items every Saturday. If your purchase was more than £80, it will be sent within three working days, more than likely it will be posted on the day itself or the next day. I can also negotiate this with buyers who want their items asap but only BEFORE they make the purchase. This only means you have to wait 2-3 days longer if you made a purchase between Sunday-Wednesday. It does not make a difference to those who pay for items from Thursday to Saturday.
 
Smell: Carrying on from the mailing bags, the odd time you may be able to smell the petroleum from the plastic. This is not strong & normally does not affect the smell of your clothes. We can assure if there is any smell on your clothes, a quick wash would get rid of that brand new petroleum smell.
 
I am a one-man-show & I am student running a small business which I hope would pick up soon. This means I have to answer all of your questions. I will answer them within 24 hours (1 day) but please allow me this time to do so. I am really friendly & hope you are too, please allow us to have a friendly & peaceful communication as this is the best way to resolve anything, both here on Ebay & with anything else!
