I ordered the camera on Dec 19 and by the end of the month, I had not received it so I contacted the seller. He said he didn’t have that camera and offered a different camera that had a lower value. I said no and asked that he cancel the order and refund my money. He didn’t do that. eBay refunded my money under their guarantee. The seller had reported that he shipped the item but he did not ship it at all.
