The Finder itself has very few changes in terms of interface, but there are some big changes to the way files behave, which makes them easier to use. You can preview documents with multiple pages and play QuickTime movies from within the Finder window thanks to the addition of the enhanced icon view. There is also a new zoom slider that allows you to zoom in on icons while you search for files. The Mac App Store will install with your update as well.
