Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less our cost of shipping and packaging. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. This time scale applies to orders that have been sent incorrectly, you must inform us straight away. No returns are accepted after this time scale, even if sent incorrectly.
How to Return an Item
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:
1. Repackage the item and send it back to our main address (as below) for the attention of the Returns Department
2. Enclose a note stating your name, order number, and the reason for requesting a return.
3. Please state whether you would like the goods replaced with the same or similar or to receive a refund
4. If the item is broken, please be prepared to describe its fault in full detail.
5. We recommend you use first or second class recorded delivery at the post office (enables you to track the item).
6. In accordance with our terms and conditions, the cost of postage will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
7. Please then package the item in its original packaging, including any manuals, warranty cards, licenses and accessories, and send your package to the address below:
