Making A Purchase: To make a purchase just browse our catalogue and put any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket by clicking on the button. After you have finished, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few more details.
We accept most major credit cards. All prices are in UK £ Sterling. If you are shopping from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency automatically. You may send your credit card information via phone, snail mail or over the Internet.
Paypal Express Checkout: You may elect to pay via Paypal Express. Simply click on the Paypal Express button during the checkout process to make payments to us using their system.
Delivery Schedule: We deliver your order right away, where stocks allow. We will normally despatch your order to you in three to seven business days . UK orders are generally received in 7 to 10 days as some of our stock is despatched from the Madrid store. International orders are generally received in under two weeks. Please note, closer to Christmas, order processing will take a little longer. If you need an order by a certain date, please contact us first for confirmation.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Upon cancellation of an order the full order price will be immediately refunded.
Tax Charges: VAT is included in our prices and will be deducted automatically when sending outside EU countries.
Shipping Charges: All items purchased on our web site are despatched by recorded Air Mail delivery. Postal charges are based on the weight of the package and are available to view on this page, Should a quicker method of post be needed, please contact us first and we will be happy to offer a quote.
Credit Card Security: We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Cancellation Policy: The order may be cancelled at any time between the placement of the order and the despatch of the item ordered, which will be advised by email. After the despatch of the order, the item then becomes covered by our refund policy.
Refund policy: We offer a no quibble money back guarantee on all our products for any reason within a month of their delivery. If you want to buy and change your mind just send the goods back in their original unused condition by Air Mail post for a refund. If you are returning goods from outside the European Union please mark the outside of the package "Mail order purchase - returned for refund/exchange".
