It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the goods purchased are suitable for the purpose intended. Advice sought by the customer from the Company in this respect may be given but cannot be relied upon by the customer or guaranteed by the Company unless the Company has access to the working system and the ability to carry out a full inspection of any software or operating system.

5. Whilst the Company endeavors to ensure all images and specifications as advertised are correct at the time of publication they do vary. As such we can accept no responsibility for incorrect images and /or information.

Ordered this Ryobi Jig Saw on the 23rd June from the seller in Boulton and expected it to arrive ASAP. It actually arrived on the 1st July from Dresden in Germany with a GERMAN sealed 2 pin plug on the end! Will have to Chop off, buy replacement plug and fit (Not what I expected!) Getting tired of this sort of experience on eBay. I would prefer to be told prior to sale (a) it was coming from EU (b) It would have a German plug fitted! not even sure if it is legal for me chop plug off!

We bought 3 new switches after arguing seller made a special listing for us gave us good price and sent us used item after 7 days we paid seller gave us Royal Mail wrong tracking number then delivery was received via DHL, worst company to deal with, I would never buy from them.

Item was not used but New item but it was unboxed as these are Discontinued item but Buyer asked us to refund the item and we refunded initially we book the order with Royal Mail but when we were delivering we change to expedite and secure DHL as it is a premium Shipping Method then any others one but seems Buyer. we have refunded him 100% with no Objection even .
