In the unlikely situation that any items received by the customer are Damaged, Faulty Items, Missing Parts or Incomplete Order we will replace or refund but what you received must be returned.
ATTENTION!!! All Damaged, Faulty Items, Missing Parts or Incomplete Order must be reported to us only via eBay "My Messages" system within 3 Working Days from delivery any claim after this period will not be considered.!!!
 
Order Cancellation & Refunds
Should it be necessary for us to cancel an order due to customer error, we will send an order cancellation request via eBay. This request must be accepted by the customer prior to any refund being issued.
 
Payment:
1. We accept and prefer PayPal.
2. All major credit cards are accepted through secure payment processor PayPal.
3. Payment must be received within 4 working days of auction closing.
4. Please make sure your eBay and PayPal address is correct before you pay.
5. In the event of you purchasing more than one item within 1 day of each other, combined postage is automatically provided when 2 or more items appear on the invoice. Do not pay until you have received the reduced invoice.
