Rights
These terms and conditions apply to all offers and purchase agreements between IKkeTech and the customer.
Terms and conditions imposed by the customer do not apply
All purchase agreements come into effect after IKkeTech accepts. This acceptance can result from both a written confirmation or from fulfilling the purchase agreement.
Price
Prices shown are excluding taxes, shipping charges, handling charges.
In case a price rises within 30 days after the purchase agreement came in effect, the customer has the right to terminate the purchase agreement.
Delivery
Delivery will be made at the address the customer stated.
Delivery time start when full cleared payment is received.
Stated delivery times are estimates and have no impact on the purchase agreement.
IKkeTech is not responsible for any delays during transport.
When delivery is not possible due to customer error, IKkeTech is entitled to charge a 20% restocking fee.
Force Majeure
IKkeTech shall not be liable for any failure to perform any obligation under any agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of IKkeTech’s control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen.
Retention of ownership
All goods remain the property of the IKkeTech until paid for in full. Monies that remains outstanding by the due date will incur late payment interest at the statutory interest rate on the outstanding balance until such time as the balance is paid in full and final settlement. We reserve the right to seek recovery of any monies remaining unpaid sixty days from the date of invoice via collection Agencies.

Registration and account details
 
Products are sold subject to their product description and any supporting information such as size, colour etc. IKkeTech reserves the right to refuse orders where the product information, price or product promotion has been incorrectly published.
IKkeTech takes all reasonable care to portray products accurately but pictures are for reference only. Please be aware that the reproduction of colours is dependent on the settings and calibration of your computer monitor or device's screen and they will vary from device to device and from screen to screen. IKkeTech therefore cannot guarantee that the colours shown will accurately represent the colour of the goods received.
All measurements quoted must be taken to be approximate.
All products are subject to availability. IKkeTech will inform the customer by email as soon as possible if ordered goods are not available. If for any reason IKkeTech is unable to supply any products then the customer will be offered a full refund or, if available and acceptable to the customer, substitute items of equivalent price.
Returns
If the customer is unhappy with a product for any reason then the customer must let a representative of IKkeTech know within 7 working days of the day after the date the product is delivered to the customer. The customer must also return it to IKkeTech within 28 days in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with proof of purchase.
Until the goods are returned to IKkeTech, the customer is responsible if the goods are lost, damaged or destroyed. The customer has a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in their possession. If the customer fails to comply with this obligation IKkeTech may have a right of action against the customer for compensation.
Please note that bespoke items, special orders, assembled kits, made-to-order items and personalised items can only be returned or exchanged if faulty.
The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to IKkeTech, and will remain responsible for any and all returned goods until they reach IKkeTech’s warehouse. IKkeTech strongly advises that a proof of postage certificate should be obtained when returning any part of any order.
Returns and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible after arrival and in any event within no more than 30 days of the day of arrival.
Liability disclaimer
IKkeTech’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by IKkeTech to the customer.
IKkeTech shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon us by statute.
IKkeTech cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions stated on this website or included with the product.
IKkeTech will not be responsible for any delay in complying or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions of sale if that delay or failure is due to any circumstances outside our reasonable control including without limitation fire, flood, acts of terrorism or where we are let down by a supplier.
These conditions of sale are in addition to, and do not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer. They are the only terms and conditions that are applicable to your order.
You may not transfer your rights under the contract between us to any third party without our prior written consent.
Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, its content and any contract brought into being as a result of buying this item are governed by and construed in accordance with Dutch Law and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch court. Any disputes shall be settled exclusively by the court located in the district of the entrepreneur.
