FREE shipping covers the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. For Scottish Highlands, the Islands of Scotland and Isle of Man and EU locations, please contact us for a shipping quote. For shipping costs to other locations, please contact us for a quote.

Goods can only be delivered to confirmed PayPal Addresses, unless otherwise agreed.

Arrangements can be made for collection at our premises, but only if all details are agreed to before purchase.

Warranty

All parts come with a 12 month warranty.

Returns

Although every effort has been made to make certain that all parts are tested and are 100% functional, sometimes faulty parts can get through our screening process. If you do find that a part you have purchased is faulty, please contact us immediately and we will provide a replacement when the faulty part has been returned to us. If no replacement is available, a refund will be issued as soon as the defective part has been returned to us. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping on all parts, and no shipping charges will be refunded.

Returns will only be accepted for defective or faulty parts, and not for any other reason. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to pay for the return shipping on all parts. No refunds will be given for parts that have been tampered with, altered or disassembled or if the part is returned in an unsaleable condition.

A copy of the invoice must accompany any part that is returned. The part must be clean, free from any fluids and properly packed to avoid shipping damage.

No refunds will be made after 30 days from the date of the sale of the part.

We do not cover any labour costs involved with fitting or removal of any part.

We will not reimburse any labour costs or charges for fitting, removal or changing of any parts we supplied under any circumstances.
